1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Keystone Atlas product or service, including TUA 2.0 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Keystone Atlas provides digital products and software tools designed to help entrepreneurs create content and grow their businesses. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our software or methodology
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download content from the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Keystone Atlas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our methodologies, prompts, and frameworks are proprietary and may not be copied or replicated.

7. Content You Create

You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Keystone Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
